2022 Hamfest and Swap meet – Coastal Amateur Radio Society
Sat April 30 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Hamfest in Pooler
Club lunch/gathering and hands on fox hunt training
April 27 (Wednesday – tomorrow) social lunch Fox Hunt Exercise at Lake Summerset (people will probably start arriving at 11:30AM). Bring your 2m or UHF/VHF radios, any antenna adapters or cables to PL259, for access to club direction finding (DF) antennas. Fox Hunt Transmitter will be 147.550MHz. Also, bring any DF equipment like directional antennas, attenuators and other DF tools. A radio-controlled boat show will also be presented.

The next membership meeting will be face-to-face at Hidden Cypress Savannah RiverRoom on 5/5 at 7 PM. There will be two short presentations:
- Ken Finke – on CHIRP software.
- Harve Hnatiuk – a Parks on the Air Primer.
